Please let us have as much information as you can: Quantity, number of colours in your print, attach your design if you have it to hand. Garment colour and anything else you need to let us know about.
ENQUIRY RECEIVED by Paul or Jim.
We will then contact you via email with your quote. We won’t telephone you unless you specifically ask us to. We have a no hassle approach to sales.
YOU RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE.
Within normally a few hours you will receive your quote. Please be patient if it takes a little longer, sometimes it’s all hands to the print machines.
I’D LIKE TO GO AHEAD WITH MY ORDER
If your quote is all OK for you, we will then email a proof of your design pictured on the garment with all the specifications for your approval.
APPROVAL & BOOKING IN WORKSHOP
Once you have approved your final design we will book your order into our workshop. ‘This is our own workshop’ we don’t send our printing to a third party for completion.
PAYMENT
Once your proof has been approved and your order booked in, we will email your invoice to you for payment. We have various payment methods you can choose from: BACS / CHEQUE / PAYPAL, the choice is yours.
COMPLETION OF ORDER
Our standard order process takes approximately 7 to 14 days from the date of proof confirmation, however if your in a rush, please do ask.
SHIPPING
We use two different shipping companies, TNT & UKmail. Shipping costs will be included on your initial quote.
ORDER DELIVERED
You receive your goods, JOB DONE!
